Privacy Policy

• Account: email, display name, authentication identifiers.
• Progress: XP, voice and video sessions (transcription, 6-axis scores).
• Preferences: goals, language, level, consent choices.
• Payment: handled by Stripe. We never store card data.
• Device data: minimal technical logs (IP, user-agent) for security and abuse prevention.

• Deliver AI coaching (transcription, feedback, long-term memory if enabled).
• Track your progress and unlock certificates and badges.
• Send transactional emails (no marketing without explicit opt-in).
• Prevent fraud, secure the service, and comply with the law.

• Lovable Cloud (Supabase) — hosting and database (EU/US).
• Lovable AI Gateway — AI inference for transcription and coaching.
• Stripe — payment processing and billing.

At any time you can:

• Export all your data (JSON) from your data controls.
• Delete your account and all associated data (irreversible) — see Data Deletion.
• Change consents (analytics, marketing, coach memory).

Session data is retained while your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data is removed within 30 days from primary systems and within 90 days from encrypted backups.

SpeakSim is not intended for children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
